City Reapplies for Bike Friendly Community Designation
In 2013, the City of Williamsburg was named a Bicycle Friendly Community by the League of American Bicyclists (LAB). Since the designation lasts only 4 years, the City recently reapplied and the review process is currently underway.
To help the LAB gain a better understanding of local bicyclists' experiences in the area, they have set up a public survey link so that members of the community can provide their input. The City will not be judged on the number of responses received. The survey is meant to provide context for the LAB review team's award decision-making process, as well as provide valuable feedback to the City from bicyclists in the community.
Would you be willing to provide some feedback on your bicycling experiences in the City? Take the survey here. It will remain open through September 30.
