Public Works and Utilities

Hello and welcome to Williamsburg’s Public Works and Utilities home page. Our Department provides a wide range of services carried out by several Divisions. We provide one-stop shopping for all your Public Works/Utilities needs by either emailing us at publicworks@williamsburgva.gov , entering a  On-line Service Request (see link to your left) or calling (757) 220-6140.  Normal operating hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
