City Office Hours:  The Municipal Building is open 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday.  You can contact me via email or phone and if I'm not available I'll respond as soon as I can.

Suggestion: Sign up for E-Notifications to receive info from any or all departments, including Council & Planning Commission Agendas and attachments as soon as they are available.

Meetings Broadcast on Channel 48: Council and Planning Commission meetings are aired live on this website and the City's Cable Channel 48.  Meetings and agendas are posted online and are archived.  You may search the video by agenda item and keyword to view the sections you want.  It's also possible to get a copy of a section of the meeting video by request, to khoving@williamsburgva.gov.
