Alumni Medallion Ceremony 2010
The Alumni Association presents the 2010 Alumni Medallion to four graduates whose service, loyalty and dedication to the College are an inspiration to us all. The 2010 recipients, the late Dr. Waverly M. Cole ’50, Nicholas St. George ’60, J.D. ’65, W. Samuel Sadler ’64, M.Ed. ’71, and Earl “Tuggy” Young ’59, were recognized for their contributions. Traditions (Homecoming 2009)

Master Class: Whitetop Mountain Band (February 2009)
A College of William & Mary master class Elizabeth LaPrelle (W&M Class of 2009). LaPrelle created a sensation in the 2005 Chrysler Hall live broadcast of NPR's A Prairie Home Companion with Garrison Keillor. Remembering Brown v. Board of Education (2009)
Law Professors Davison Douglas, Linda Malone, Paul Marcus, and Larry Palmer, who contributed to the new book "Law Touched Our Hearts: A Generation Remembers Brown v. Board of Education" (Vanderbilt University Press), join Mildred Wigfall Robinson, one of the book's co-editors, to share their reflections on school desegregation in the 1950s and 1960s. The panel was sponsored by the Dean's Office, the Black Law Students Association, the Institute of Bill of Rights Law, and the Human Security Law Program.
