Yoga LogoYoga aims for a balance in life "to be easeful, peaceful and useful." Its benefits are increased strength, health and flexibility of the body, improved concentration and balance of the mind and emotions, and induce a general sense of well-being.

Bettina Lee teaches this class, designed to promote balance of body, mind and breathing. Bettina has practiced yoga for 15 years and is certified in Hatha Yoga and has a CYT-200 certification. She teaches a flow-style Hatha Yoga that coordinates movement with breathing.

Supplies needed:  Yoga mat, water bottle and comfortable clothing. Blocks will be provided (if needed).

Good Vibes Only Yoga
Open to all levels, this is a slower-paced flow class geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class. Time is spent breaking down sun salutations and other poses fundamental to a Hatha yoga practice. Blocks and modifications are available for proper alignment and ease in the postures.   Class for adults, ages 17+.
