Classes of Yoga, BarreFlow will be at the times listed below. Learn to Play Pickleball will be happening on the same evening. Come learn how to play the fastest growing sport. Bring a friend and double the fun!

· Good Vibes Only Yoga 6:45 - 7:15 pm
Learn to Play Pickleball
• Pickleball 6:00 - 8:00 pm
INFORMATION ON CLASSES
Come workout with a combination of basic ballet reps at the barre, movement across the floor, balance and constructive stretch and meditation. This workout instructed by Amy Rowe is designed to lengthen, strengthen, lift and inspire you. Bring yoga mat, resistance band/belt & towel. Classes intended for ages 18 and up.
GOOD VIBES ONLY YOGA
Open to all levels, this is a slower-paced flow class geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class. Time is spent breaking down sun salutations and other poses fundamental to a Hatha yoga practice. Bettina Lee teaches this class designed to promote balance of body, mind and breathing. Blocks and modifications are available for proper alignment and ease in the postures. Supplies needed: Yoga mat, water bottle and comfortable clothing.
