The Mayor and City Council are pleased to recognize and commend City of Williamsburg residents for exceptional contributions to our community, for major achievements (i.e. Boy Scout Eagle Award, Girl Scout Gold Award), and for milestone life events such as a birthday (age 75 or older), or anniversary (50 years or more).
To request a Letter of Recognition/Commendation, complete the requested information. Drafted words and phrases to be included in the Letter are welcome. The more detail provided, the more personalized the letter can be.
The completed request may be submitted on-line below, OR the application can be printed out and mailed to: City of Williamsburg, Office of the City Manager, 401 Lafayette Street, Williamsburg, Virginia 23185. Please allow several weeks for processing.
