Colonial Williamsburg is a 173-acre living history museum portraying 18th-century life-from busy taverns and shops to horse-drawn carriages and costumed interpreters who recreate the early social, economic, and political climate.
Each year the City of Williamsburg and the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation host more than 1,000,000 visitors, including more than one hundred thousand schoolchildren.
We appreciate your assistance in maintaining the peaceful 18th-century ambiance by using designated drop-off and pick-up points briefly, and parking in a designated bus area while your group tours Colonial Williamsburg.
