The Board meets twice a month on the Second and Fourth Tuesdays of the month. Applications are due by noon the Monday the week before the scheduled meeting. The appeal of a decision of the Architectural Review Board is to the City Council.
The Architectural Review Board has the following duties:
No building, structure, sign or exterior architectural feature within the Architectural Preservation District (AP) or the Corridor Protection District (CP) shall be erected, reconstructed, altered or restored unless approval has been granted by the Board
No historic landmark, building or structure in an Architectural Preservation District (AP) shall be razed, demolished or moved in whole or in part unless approval has been granted by the Board
Interior features or alterations are not subject to review
