Event Overview

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to skim across the water at Waller Mill Park in a kayak? Wonder no more, as paddlers now have an opportunity to join our Beginner/Intermediate Kayak classes. These one day classes will explore the basics of flatwater kayaking, review basic water safety skills and tour the Waller Mill Reservoir. Boats and all gear will be provided. Space is limited so register today!

Beginner Classes:

May 11 -9:00 am -12:00 pm

May 14-9:00 am -12:00 pm

$65 / person or $50 if providing own kayak


Intermediate Class:

May 11- 5:00 pm-7:00 pm

$35 / person or $20 if providing own kayak

Participants must be at least 16 years of age. Students should bring their own snack, water, and sunscreen.
