Update (Dec. 1, 2023): The City of Williamsburg, along with multiple contractors, have completed the repairs to reactivate the traffic signal at the intersection of S. Henry and Francis streets.
The signal is up and running normally, a full 10 weeks ahead of schedule. It is no longer flashing red or marked as a four-way stop.

Update (Sept. 28, 2023): The traffic signal is now flashing red for all traffic and stop signs have been posted to ensure a four-way stop at the intersection of Henry and Francis streets until the signal's cabinet can be replaced.

The traffic signal at the intersection of Henry and Francis streets will remain on flash until a faulty part can be replaced.
The manufacturing and delivery of the part – the signal's cabinet – may take up to 20 weeks.
Traffic flowing along Francis Street has the right of way indicated by a flashing yellow signal. Stop signs have been placed on Henry Street along with the flashing red signal to indicate traffic must stop.
