  2. The Williamsburg Fire Department’s Child Safety Seat (CSS) program is an educational based program that allows you to interact with a CSS Technician. Active participation is required by the owner of the seat at the time of installation. Assistance is available on Wednesday’s and Saturday's each week from 9:00am–12:00pm Wednesday and 12:00pm-4:00pm Saturday. Request must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date. Requests received the day of will be scheduled for the next available day.
