FY20 Reassessment Notices and New Property/Parcel Website
Fiscal Year 2020 general reassessment notices were mailed on June 26, 2019. Property owners wishing to address assessment concerns can do so during the informal administrative review period from July 1st through July 31st. The Board of Equalization application period begins August 1st and ends September 1st.
To assist you during the reassessment process, the Real Estate Assessor's Office is pleased to announce a new website to view property and geographic information in the City. The new website address is http://gis.vgsi.com/williamsburgva/. New features include more property detail and transparency of records, daily updates, and integration of GIS (Geographical Information System) data. We encourage the community to visit the new website and explore all the new tools available.
