Our new adult modern dance class starts with a simple and effective warm-up to build strength and to stimulate core connections and body awareness. Ballet, contemporary dance and some jazz technique will be combined for a great workout without even realizing it. Barre, center combinations and movement across the floor will be consistent throughout the class followed by a mini routine at the end to give you some impressive moves to show your friends!
An excellent choice for beginner or experienced adult 18+ dancers looking to expand their dance vocabulary in an upbeat environment with a strong focus on improving rhythm, coordination, and musicality. Come dance with us!
