UPDATE MARCH 30, 2020:  The following City of Williamsburg buildings and facilities are closed to the public through April 23:  Municipal Building, Stryker Center, Quarterpath Recreation Center, Waller Mill Park, Police Department and Fire Station (only required staff will be at work, others will be teleworking). Landscape plantingsLANDSCAPE DIVISION is responsible for all planting, pruning, watering, tree removal and mowing of City owned properties, major road corridors and City parks.  They also remove downed trees and debris in the streets after storms. 

Property owners are responsible for the maintenance of grass and shrubbery to the curb or pavement edge on all sides of their property. This includes low hanging branches that block sidewalks.
