All construction inspections for NEW construction will continue without interruption.
All Rental inspections have been suspended.
All Property maintenance inspections have been suspended.
All renovations projects, alteration projects, and addition projects inspections have been suspended.
All trade inspections that require entrance to an occupied building have been suspended.
If you would like to use a Third Party Inspection Firm please contact us for prior approval.
PLAN REVIEW / APPLICATIONS:
Plan review will continue without interruption. For new projects we encourage applicants to submit electronically for both the application and plans. If you must submit hard copies of plan sets or applications there is a drop box located at the front door of the Municipal Building located at 401 Lafayette Street. The drop box is blue and has the Codes Compliance / Planning sign on the top. Please email codes compliance at the above email address after you have dropped off your plans, so that we can arrange for pick up and review.
We appreciate your flexibility at this time as we continue to work closely with State and local officials to best address the developing circumstances.

Inspectors are available for code or inspection related questions from 8:00 – 9:00 AM and again from 3:30 – 4:30 PM Monday - Friday.
