UPDATE MARCH 30, 2020:  The following City of Williamsburg buildings and facilities are closed to the public through April 23:  Municipal Building, Stryker Center, Quarterpath Recreation Center, Waller Mill Park, Police Department and Fire Station (only required staff will be at work, others will be teleworking). Williamsburg Human Services provides a broad array of human service programs for city residents who have financial, social, educational, health, and emotional needs. The department serves on the front line of intervention, assessment, service provision, and/or referral to appropriate agencies and organizations in the Williamsburg area.

Services listed on this website are either sponsored by the Virginia Department of Social Services and/or local initiatives. The Services are divided into four categories of programs:
